Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our asset-financing business. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, including consumer behavior, distribution networks, retail channels, trade marketing, brand activation, and customer acquisition.

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies targeting the FMCG sector and its distribution ecosystem, conduct market research, and lead digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience within the FMCG industry
• Proven experience working in the FMCG market in Northern Nigeria
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, retail markets, consumer behavior, and go-to-market strategies
• Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, and campaign management
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and analytics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills
