Role Overview

Effectively leads and manages the development and implementation of marketing programs, strategies and tactics. Identifies opportunities based on the analysis of strategic market research, data and market information.

What You Will Do

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, programs, and tactics that support organizational priorities, strengthen brand awareness, and promote services. Analyze market research, customer insights, business data, and competitive information to identify opportunities and make sound, strategic marketing recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a health care organization and/or consumer-oriented environment
• Experience in budgeting, strategic planning and market planning
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and programs
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market research, performance data, and business trends to guide decisions
• Proven experience managing budgets, strategic planning, market planning, and marketing performance measurement
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership
• Strong leadership, judgment, adaptability, and resilience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and serve as a confident, consultative marketing partner
