Business Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting commercial excellence by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting internal and external data to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions. This role partners with sales, marketing, contracting, and cross-functional teams; both local and global; to identify key performance trends, support strategic initiatives, and deliver high-quality analytical deliverables.

What You Will Do

Analyze commercial, operational, and market data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks that support strategic and tactical decision-making. Develop and manage reporting templates, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to commercial teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Qlik, Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R
• Knowledge of medical device, hospital/pharmacy products and/or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
