Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are strengthening our team in Berlin, Hamburg or Essen and are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the development of new, digital revenue streams and accompany the new business process from idea finding to validation to implementation and scaling of new business models.

What You Will Do

Develop initial functional prototypes independently, create fast testability, take over project responsibility for individual new business projects, implement MVPs, calculate business cases, and prepare make-or-buy decisions for scaling.

Requirements

• Excellent university education
• First practical experience in business development, consulting, corporate venturing or comparable areas
• First experience in the implementation of digital projects or the development of new business models
• Good feeling for digital or media-related trends
• Ability to independently build or test a digital prototype with AI coding agents like Claude Code or Codex
• Agile and proactive working style
