Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Specialist develops and executes integrated marketing and communications initiatives that promote business objectives, enhance client engagement, advance thought leadership initiatives, and increase brand visibility for assigned markets and business areas. This role contributes to the development and execution of marketing communications plans, campaigns, and programs, requiring strategic thinking, impactful writing, audience-focused messaging, and disciplined execution. A successful marketing specialist is a versatile self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals.
What You Will Do
Support the development, execution, and measurement of marketing communications plans, strategies, and tactics in support of assigned focus areas and help align marketing activities with GFT’s Strategic Plan and business priorities. Develop and execute thought leadership strategies and evaluate marketing effectiveness through measurable results. Partner with technical professionals and business leaders to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling marketing messages and communications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or marketing
- Experience marketing professional services, architecture, engineering, construction, consulting, or related industries
- Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification
