Role Overview

The Director, Consumer Digital Product Operations, oversees the design and execution of transformation strategies that advance organizational priorities and operational excellence. This leader will shape and continuously evolve the organization’s operating model, establishing the governance, planning processes, tools, standards, and operating rhythms that enable teams to deliver products more effectively and consistently at scale.

What You Will Do

The Director will design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model, including roles, decision rights, governance, and end-to-end ways of working. They will define and maintain practical tools, templates, playbooks, and standards that help teams plan, prioritize, deliver, measure, and improve products consistently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in product operations, digital transformation, enterprise transformation, portfolio management, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience translating enterprise or business-unit strategy into scalable governance, planning and prioritization processes, decision forums, operating rhythms, tools, templates, and performance measures adopted across multiple teams
• Ability to lead executive discussions, facilitate cross-functional decisions, communicate complex topics clearly, resolve competing priorities, and build productive relationships across product, technology, design, analytics, and business teams
• People-leadership experience, including setting clear accountabilities, coaching performance, developing talent, and building an inclusive, connected, high-performing team
