Mortgage Market Sales Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for managing the sales and application process, providing leadership and coaching to Mortgage and Branch origination staff, and meeting monthly and annual sales goals.

What You Will Do

Daily supervision of Mortgage Loan Officers, training and development of Loan Officers and branch staff, supervision of the application channel process, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 3 years’ experience required
• Excellent math skills and computer knowledge

• Ten key, data entry, and typing experience
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records
