Sales Manager

Role Overview

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth within an assigned territory. This role manages a network of dealers while identifying and developing new market opportunities for Jacuzzi, Hydropool, DreamMaker, and Sundance Spas.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager is accountable for achieving both monthly and annual sales goals, generating regional sales by managing the current dealer base within the region, and prospecting open territory to qualify companies and bring on new dealers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of regional sales experience (field/outside sales)
• Proven success consistently meeting sales goals
• Ability to travel 50–60% by car, including some overnights as required by regional geography
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
