Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will drive sales growth within an assigned territory, managing a network of dealers and identifying new market opportunities for Jacuzzi, Hydropool, DreamMaker, and Sundance Spas.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will generate regional sales by managing the current dealer base, prospect open territory, qualify companies, and bring on new dealers, as well as conduct dealer site visits and train dealers in sales, service, operations, and marketing functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of regional sales experience (field/outside sales)
• Proven success consistently meeting sales goals
• Ability to travel 50–60% by car, including some overnights as required by regional geography
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
