Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a sales manager to lead and motivate the sales team, exceed targets through excellent customer service, and provide customers with the best shopping experience. The position is a replacement for maternity and parental leave, and the ideal candidate will have basic experience in leading and developing a team.

What You Will Do

As a sales manager, you will build your team, lead the sales team to excellent results, plan and decide on activities necessary to achieve goals, and communicate priorities to your team. You will also be responsible for the concept of the store, monitor routine activities, and set an example and motivate your team.
