PMM Mechanic and Material Handler

Role Overview

The PMM Mechanic and Material Handler will assess, report, and perform mechanical repair services to heavy duty equipment, balers, and other PMM equipment. Additionally, the material handler will operate machinery to move third-party material, store press and mold into bales, sort, and reload material per customer orders.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include repairing malfunctioning equipment, performing preventative maintenance, advising the PMM Onsite Supervisor during new equipment purchases, and maintaining accurate inventory and distribution of required products.

Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in a related field
• 5 years of experience in heavy duty equipment repair
• Experience with electrical and hydraulics maintenance
• Experience with technology maintenance equipment
• Strong critical thinking and creative skills
• Detail oriented and organizational
• Thorough working knowledge of facility equipment units, their usage, and safety procedures
• Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
