VP, CTC Transformation and Product Operations

Role Overview

The Vice President, Concept-to-Consumer (CTC) Transformation & Product Operations will lead the strategy, transformation, and operational excellence of the end-to-end product creation and go-to-market ecosystem. The role will oversee the global go-to-market operating model, including calendars, processes, governance, operating rhythms, digital capabilities, and cross-functional execution.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the enterprise vision for CTC and GTM transformation, driving enterprise change across processes, tools, decision rights, ways of working, behaviors, and accountability, and building and leading a high-performing global Product Operations and GTM Operations function.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Operations, GTM, Merchandising Operations, Product Creation, Supply Chain Operations, Transformation, or a related field
• Proven success leading large-scale business transformation and organizational change in a complex, global environment
• Deep experience with global GTM and product creation processes in apparel, footwear, retail, consumer goods, or a related industry
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior executives in a highly matrixed organization
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable governance, enterprise processes, and execution frameworks
• Experience partnering with technology teams to implement and scale digital tools and process transformation
