GTM Project Manager

Role Overview

As a GTM Project Manager, you will support the planning and execution of key initiatives across LoopMe’s go-to-market organization. You will bring structure to complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

What You Will Do

Manage the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, develop project plans, track project progress, and maintain clear documentation of project plans and decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a technology, commercial, or fast-paced business environment
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to coordinate teams without direct authority
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain clear project plans, documentation, and status reporting
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying risks, resolving blockers, and keeping projects on track
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track progress and measure project outcomes
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to engage stakeholders at different levels of the organization
