Agency Partner Manager

Role Overview

As an Agency Partner Manager, you’ll own and grow relationships with talent agencies and representatives who manage portfolios of creators. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agency partners, helping them bring new creators onto LTK, increase adoption and engagement across their rosters, and drive stronger creator performance and revenue.

Build and manage trusted relationships with talent agencies, managers, and representatives, serving as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for assigned agency partners. Own a portfolio of agency partnerships, driving creator activation, engagement, retention, and measurable growth in creator performance and revenue.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, talent management, agency partnerships, account management, or a related field.
• Experience managing external partnerships and building trusted relationships with talent managers, agents, creators, or other business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy, creator monetization, affiliate marketing, social media strategy, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, including the ability to educate and influence audiences virtually and in person.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and deliver results.
