Sales Planning Functional Lead – Finance

Role Overview

The Sales Planning Finance Functional Lead is responsible for managing financial processes within the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) ecosystem for Mars Wrigley US. This role leads decisions related to the implementation and enhancement of financial integrations across SAP, TPM, and TPO tools while driving alignment between Sales and Finance.

What You Will Do

Lead and drive financial process design, implementation, and governance during the launch of a new TPM/TPO system within Mars Wrigley US. Ensure financial processes and system capabilities align with Mars financial principles, controls, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Experience in Finance within an FMCG environment
• Experience with SAP financial transactions and financial system integrations
• Background in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Sales Finance, Financial Planning, Controllership, or related finance functions
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and analytics to drive insights, decision-making, and business outcomes
• Proven problem-solving abilities, utilizing processes, tools, and systems to generate insights and develop effective solutions
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, controls, and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
• Experience influencing senior leaders through fact-based recommendations and strategic insights
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
