Role Overview

The AI & Automation SME – Data Engineer/BI Developer (DA&A) will design, develop, and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to improve MDM operations, data stewardship activities, support processes, and overall operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Develop AI-powered solutions for MDM operations and support processes, identify automation opportunities, design intelligent monitoring frameworks, implement GenAI and ML-based use cases, and develop dashboards and analytics for operational insights.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Automation solutions
• Experience building GenAI-based enterprise applications
• Knowledge of MDM processes and the data management lifecycle
• Experience with Python, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts, BI development, and DA&A practices
• Experience with AI test automation, preferably using Opkey or similar automation tools
