Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing plans across 150+ corporate publications, leading readership marketing efforts, and keeping campaigns organized. The role requires a hands-on approach, blending creative production, project coordination, and campaign monitoring.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will manage social media publishing, lead and develop the Marketing Campaign Specialist, manage campaign execution, and review campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media content, scheduling, and publishing across multiple accounts with strong editing skills and attention to brand standards.
• Ability to quickly learn marketing platforms and create polished advertising and marketing materials using design and content tools.
• Experience leading or coaching others, setting clear expectations, and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
