The Head of Business Development will be a key player in developing the municipality’s business climate, analyzing and initiating activities to make Nacka’s businesses grow and thrive.

The role involves strategic and operational work, including leading successful change work, working with external actors, and developing the municipality’s business and procurement process.

Requirements
- At least three to five years of experience of public business development work
- Experience of leading successful change work
- Experience of leading successful change work with external actors
- Experience of work close to political leadership or a leading position in a company
- Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
