Data Analyst (Strategy & Data Analytics)

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at our manufacturing site in Denmark, you’ll help define and standardize KPIs, build decision-ready dashboards, and turn shopfloor and supply chain data into clear actions.

What You Will Do

Define and socialize KPI standards, translate plant and business questions into structured hypotheses and analyses, analyze trends and root causes, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, and partner with Data Engineering.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You value clarity and trust in metrics, balance analytical rigor with practical delivery, tailor insights to your audience, and ask great questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data/analytics/business/engineering or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience through internships, student jobs, projects or a regular similar position in analytics/reporting—manufacturing or operations exposure is a plus, not a must.
  • Ability to translate business questions into metrics, simple analyses, and clear stories.
  • Comfort with at least one BI or data tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) model data for reporting.
  • Curiosity and attention to detail—especially around KPI definitions, data validation, and interpretation.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate with plant leaders, engineers, and line supervisors.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Access to fitness
  • Attractive canteen
