Senior Director AI GTM for Healthcare Provider

Role Overview

As a Senior Director, AI GTM Healthcare Providers, you will work directly with health systems and provider organizations to identify, shape, and advance AI opportunities. This role combines healthcare provider knowledge, AI understanding, consultative client engagement, and go-to-market leadership.

What You Will Do

You will collaborate with account leaders, healthcare SMEs, solution architects, and AI teams to help provider clients adopt AI responsibly and at scale. Key responsibilities include go-to-market and client leadership, AI solutioning and execution support, and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience working with health systems, hospitals, physician organizations, or other healthcare providers
• 5+ years of experience shaping, selling, advising on, or delivering AI, data, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience in consulting, GTM, pre-sales, advisory, or another client-facing role
• Ability to travel up to 25%
