Inside Sales Supervisor

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to help manage and grow the day-to-day sales operation while leading a small sales/customer service team.

What You Will Do

You’ll work directly with company leadership and own the sales lifecycle from inbound inquiries through quoting, closing, shipping coordination, and post-sale follow-up.

You take ownership of the entire sales process rather than focusing only on individual tasks, and you’re confident speaking with customers and handling sales conversations.

Requirements

• Strong sales and customer communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Comfortable spending up to half of the day on the phone
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful
• Strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities
• Experience in sales, customer support, and managing a small team is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Familiarity with public safety training or firearms industry products is a plus but not required
