Role Overview
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to help manage and grow the day-to-day sales operation while leading a small sales/customer service team.
What You Will Do
You’ll work directly with company leadership and own the sales lifecycle from inbound inquiries through quoting, closing, shipping coordination, and post-sale follow-up.

Requirements
- Strong sales and customer communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Comfortable spending up to half of the day on the phone
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities
