Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations (Large Customer Sales)

Role Overview

The Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations will lead Revenue Strategy & Operations for Reddit’s Global Large Customer Sales (LCS) channel, serving as the operating partner to the global LCS leadership team.

What You Will Do

You will own the strategy and operations that drive LCS growth, from annual and quarterly planning through weekly performance management, forecasting, resource allocation, and execution of the highest-impact growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience across sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related functions
• Experience managing multi-tiered teams, including people managers, and building organizations that operate effectively at global scale
• Significant experience leading strategy and operations for a complex, multi-region sales organization, ideally with exposure to large enterprise or strategic customer segments
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, media, platform monetization, and marketplace dynamics
• Strong business judgment and analytical problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to build operating cadences, planning processes, forecasting systems, dashboards, and performance mechanisms that improve business outcomes
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and align stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other functions without relying on formal authority
• Strong technical and analytical fluency, including experience with CRM, sales planning, business intelligence, and data systems
