Financial Analyst Rotational Program

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst Rotational Program is designed to help recent graduates launch their careers in finance through meaningful, hands-on experience. Over three years, you’ll complete three 12-month rotations across a variety of finance functions.

What You Will Do

Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide insights that support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, completed or expected to be completed before the program start date.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Demonstrated initiative and interest in professional growth.

Benefits

• U.S. National Base Pay Range: $48,900 – $81,500.
