HR AI Automation Co-Op

Role Overview

This co-op will help the HR team drive efficiencies & reduce administrative tasks through AI-powered automations and agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

What You Will Do

Partner with the HR team to identify and prototype AI-powered automations that streamline simple, high-impact HR workflows and administrative processes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate is curious and hands-on, with experience prompting (Copilot/GPT or similar) and an interest in applying AI responsibly to streamline everyday workflows through multiple small automations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities and processes.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
