Data Analyst, Operations

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will partner with operations and customer support teams to drive business decisions and improve user experiences using data analytics. The role involves building trusted relationships, leading ad hoc analyses, and creating self-service analytics to support decision-making.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will own complex analytic work, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to influence roadmap decisions. They will also mentor teammates, guide stakeholders, and proactively seek out creative ways to apply data analytics methods and tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with a BI tool like Looker, Tableau, Databricks, or PowerBI
• Experience with light work in DBT or Airflow
• Ability to build effective relationships across the organization
