Technical Growth & MarTech Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Growth & MarTech Lead to bridge the gap between our Growth Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering squads. Operating in a highly regulated and privacy-first financial environment, you will serve as the technical architect of our growth engine.

What You Will Do

You will build highly secure server-to-server conversion tracking pipelines, manage our app-first MarTech stack, and use custom scripting to safely integrate AI workflows into our BI and analytics environments.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will leverage the MarTech stack to actively drive cross-selling opportunities (such as overdrafts and business accounts) through automation and smart CRM tooling.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent technical practical experience.
• Strong understanding of UK financial regulations (FCA rules on financial promotions) and strict privacy laws (GDPR, UK DPA).
• Experience operating within secure cloud environments (AWS).
