Role Overview

The Lead Financial Analyst serves as a senior technical resource within the Accounting and Finance team, supporting the coordination and execution of month-end close, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting activities. The position strengthens financial processes within a dynamic operational environment by promoting accuracy, compliance, and workflow continuity.

Coordinate month-end close activities, execute reconciliation tasks, support regulatory and audit-related reporting requirements, identify workflow inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking, finance, business administration, economics, or related discipline from an accredited institution
