As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment, processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and recommending solutions. What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing financial transactions, understanding and determining customer needs, responding and resolving customer concerns, achieving assigned goals and business objectives, and delivering quality customer experiences.

Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities
