Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, Lease Administration, Property Accounting, or related financial reporting function.
• Strong data manipulation, spreadsheet modelling, and reporting skills required; comfort working with large lease, payables, property tax, utility, and occupancy cost data sets across multiple systems.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify reporting discrepancies, investigate variances, validate lease-related financial data, and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to gather requirements, explain lease-related financial information, summarize findings, and partner effectively with internal collaborators and external service providers.
