Program Manager, Business Development

Role Overview

The Program Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of business initiatives that support client acquisition, onboarding, contract renewals, retention, and revenue growth. This role translates business strategies and contractual commitments into actionable project plans, managing scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful implementation and measurable results.

Responsibilities include project leadership and execution, analyzing and tracking key business development metrics, executive communication and stakeholder alignment, and process documentation and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• At least five years of work experience, with three years of successful project or program management experience involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools, including schedules, Gantt charts, and task-management platforms
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications or comparable tools for reporting, analysis, presentations
• Exceptional oral and written business communication skills, including presenting to executives, facilitating meetings, and communicating priorities, risks, and recommendations clearly and persuasively
