Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their all-star team in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role will involve working closely with the sales team and mentors to identify and qualify potential customers and target markets.

What You Will Do

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for utilizing various forms of communication to open new doors, managing leads, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a BS or BA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies, and be proficient with MS Office. They will also be eager to learn and have a winning and enthusiastic attitude.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Eager to learn and a desire to grow professionally all with a winning and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks urgently, effectively, and efficiently
• Quickly build and maintain relationships with potential clients and colleagues
• Experience with Sandler Sales methodology or consultative sales training is a plus!
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The desire to learn and grow in the sales field
• Valid US drivers license
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)
