Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to lead Valatam’s Sales and Account Management teams, drive revenue growth, and build scalable processes that turn opportunities into lasting client relationships.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to acquire new clients, grow revenue, and achieve company targets. Build upselling and cross-selling strategies to expand existing accounts and grow clients into larger teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, including 2+ years leading sales teams
- Proven results growing revenue, improving conversion, and building repeatable sales processes
- Hands-on experience developing outbound channels, including cold calling and multichannel prospecting
- Experience managing client retention, account expansion, and upselling in a recurring-revenue business
- Strong command of sales KPIs, funnel analysis, customer acquisition costs, and forecasting
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including pipeline management, reporting, and team adoption
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams, manage performance, and communicate clearly with senior leadership
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
