Role Overview
Vega is a fast-growing startup transforming the private markets industry with AI-native operating systems. The Product Operations team is responsible for setting up new funds, owning quality, and continuously improving scalability.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will set up new funds, own quality, keep delivery running, and continuously improve scalability. You will also build AI-enabled workflows and work with Product and Engineering to keep subscription delivery smooth.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in product operations, legal operations, quality operations or a similar hands-on, client-facing operational role
- High attention to detail and excellent reasoning skills
- Passion for what you do and willingness to get your hands dirty
- Curiosity about AI-powered products and operational systems
- Comfortable moving quickly and solving ambiguous problems
