Join the Premium Growth team to drive growth through contextual, AI-powered experiences that meet users with the right offer at the right moment in their Wix journey. As a Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle, from initial strategy to development handoff, with a strong passion for business growth and experience working in AI-driven environments.
What You Will Do
Identify growth opportunities, drive a KPI-led approach to product and business success, apply strong UX/UI instincts to define workflows, partner closely with Engineering and product designers, and stay close to users to continuously sharpen and improve the product.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Strong product and business growth thinking
- Proven experience working in AI-native environments
- Highly developed instincts for user experience
- Strong technical understanding
- Strategic thinker with a quick grasp of large and complex systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- High ownership and strong execution
