The Director, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence is a hands-on leader who owns the enterprise analytics and reporting function at FiscalNote. This role involves building models, pipelines, and dashboards that power decision-making across the company, guiding a small team, and collaborating with various departments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- Advanced SQL skills with deep, hands-on experience querying and optimizing in Snowflake
- Extensive experience building data models from Salesforce data
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dbt models in a production environment
- Proficiency with modern data stack tooling including Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, and Segment
- Experience building and managing reporting in Metabase or comparable BI platforms
