U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to perform validation on customer remediation events, utilizing SQL database queries and various data tools to transform and analyze data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than six years of applicable experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL performing queries to extract and transform data from multiple database sources and structures
- Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Netezza
- Proficiency with SAS Enterprise Guide- Extracting, transforming, analyzing, and presenting data
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge- Ability to manipulate and modify data through formulas and BI tools required
- Power Query and VBA
- Two or more years of experience in testing, audit, and/or an applicable risk management environment
- Knowledge of PCS, CPTS, and/or MPS systems and merchant processing and/or retail credit experience
- Strong team player with the ability to work well under minimal direct supervision while managing multiple simultaneous projects
