EQ Retirement Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a critical role in the Data and Reporting team. The successful candidate will lead the Reporting team, provide SME support, and drive the data strategy to ensure high-quality, timely, and insightful reporting.

- Lead oversight of all team data/reporting responsibilities
- Build supportive relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Design, plan, and deliver on the data strategy for data and reporting
- Collaborate with other leads across the wider teams to resolve complex problems
- Act as a point of reference to others in projects
