Technical Data Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced people leader to manage and grow a Technical Data Operations team within an assigned workstream. The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership experience and a proven track record of managing junior teams in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a team management role, including direct people management.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and developing teams, including performance management and capability progression.
  • Experience managing prioritisation, capacity planning, and delivery quality in an operational environment.
  • Strong operational planning and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage delivery risks and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
  • Experience using Excel (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUP’s)
  • Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with global clients or multi-market delivery environments.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or data platform solutions.
  • Experience using operational reporting and metrics to forecast capacity or improve delivery performance.
