Colliers is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their OSBA team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in corporate real estate, capital markets or corporate finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration. As a Financial Analyst, you will optimize clients’ acquisition, disposition, and leasing strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting market & lease research, and analyzing cash flows, occupancy costs, and capital decisions.
