Role Overview
The People Operations Specialist will be the day-to-day engine behind the employee lifecycle across Bitvavo’s pan-European, multi-entity setup, supporting everything from onboarding to offboarding.
What You Will Do
The role will involve acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, managing and resolving requests through the ticketing system, and providing day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role
- Mandatory minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dutch market with Dutch labour law
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about getting things right for the people you support
- Comfortable owning recurring processes end to end
- Strong prioritization and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
