Role Overview
The Rental Sales Associate will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience from the beginning to the end of each rental. They will assist travelers, local residents, insurance customers, and business clients while learning the sales and operational side of the automotive rental industry.
What You Will Do
The Rental Sales Associate will welcome customers, help identify the best rental vehicle, assist with rental inquiries, generate sales, support daily rental transactions, and maintain an efficient branch environment.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- No more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents within the previous three years.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Comfortable using computers, learning new software, and handling customer payments.
- Strong verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance, reliable attendance, and a team-oriented attitude.
