Data Analyst – Analytics & Strategy

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can own our recurring reporting and also dig into the open-ended questions that come up across the business. The role is a great fit for someone who enjoys both building things that run smoothly and solving new problems.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will own and maintain a portfolio of recurring reports and Tableau dashboards, monitor data refreshes and pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and automate manual or repetitive reporting work. The role will also involve partnering with stakeholders across the company to understand business questions, turning vague asks into specific questions, and designing and building new Tableau dashboards.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, strong SQL skills, and experience working in a cloud data warehouse. They will also have hands-on experience building Tableau dashboards, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
• Strong SQL skills and experience working in a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake
• Hands-on experience building Tableau dashboards from scratch
• Experience building or maintaining data transformation pipelines
• Regular, practical use of AI tools in your work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take an ambiguous request and turn it into a focused analysis
• High attention to detail
• Comfort managing several priorities at once and keeping stakeholders updated on progress
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or business, or equivalent experience
