Product Manager, Agentic Data Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking an analytically rigorous, operationally-minded Product Manager to continue to transform how private capital data is processed at Chronograph. This is a senior role for someone who has a proven track record of transforming technology enabled operations into automated pipelines supplemented by agentic, LLM-native extraction.

What You Will Do

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, engineering, and applied data extraction teams to own the roadmap for Chronograph’s Data Operations processes, map and optimize all aspects of the process, and redesign how documents are aggregated and organized for the extraction pipeline.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have 6+ years in product management, technology consulting, or fund administration operations, including at least one operational or platform transformation you owned end to end, and deep experience in process evaluation, instrumentation, and optimization.

Requirements

• 6+ years in product management, technology consulting, or fund administration operations
• Deep experience in process evaluation, instrumentation, and optimization
• Demonstrated upskilling in AI and agentically-enabled processes
• Semi-technical product judgment
• Comfort in private capital markets
• Strong analytical, project leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude, sense of humor and creativity
