Senior Growth Consultant – ASO – Maternity Cover

Role Overview

The Senior Growth Consultant will lead client projects, mentor team members, and deliver strategies rooted in user behavior, experimentation, and impactful growth solutions. This is a fixed-term engagement (approx. 10-12 months) starting as soon as possible.

What You Will Do

The Senior Growth Consultant will lead ASO and CRO-driven strategies for global clients, apply experimentation methodologies to optimize app campaigns’ performance, and develop and refine client strategies using a deep understanding of user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ASO or related fields
• Solid knowledge of ASO & mobile marketing
• A strategic mindset with demonstrated expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analysis
• Strong research skills and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset
• Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn the technical aspects of ASO if not already familiar
• Excellent client management skills in an agency setting
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
