Role Overview
Formlabs is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support its Marketing and Sales departments. The Recruiter will engage in full-cycle recruiting, provide a best-in-class candidate experience, and drive improvements to enhance and scale the overall recruiting practices.

The Recruiter will support the business by working with leaders across the business to find amazing talent, engage in full-cycle recruiting, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience.

Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for marketing and/or sales roles
- Comfortable navigating an ATS and CRM
- Experience recruiting for engineering roles
- Bias for action and solution-oriented
- Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to track results and improve process
- Experience executing employer branding projects
