Product Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Product Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of content across digital and print platforms, collaborating with regional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality product offerings.

Review and edit content, oversee product performance, implement improvements based on analytics and internal feedback, and support the execution of new optional activities and product updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of writing experience
• Experience working in international travel within Operations, Product or Sales
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in content management systems (CMS), booking platforms and collaborative tools such as Google Docs & Wufoo forms
• Experience in drafting clear, concise content for both internal and external communications
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
