Role Overview
As an AI Automation Specialist, you will work on high-impact projects and workflow foundation, building AI use cases for the marketing team. You will gather potential use cases, prioritize them, and dive into two key anchor projects: website rebuild and full ownership, and AI-driven design workflows.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building structured workflows, cleaning up tool knowledge bases, measuring performance, and documenting processes for seamless handover and adoption by colleagues. You will also lead the optimization of centralized team knowledge bases, custom GPTs, and sophisticated multi-agent or API-based automations.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI automations in a professional setting, typically 1 to 2 years.
- Proof that you ship: you can show us at least one automation you built end-to-end, describe the impact and explain how it handles errors.
- Experience running a website is a plus: publishing and updating content in a CMS
- Experience in SEO/GEO or CRO optimization is a plus
- Experience in a high-growth environment where you built with limited documentation is a plus.
