Role Overview

Join Russell Investments’ Mumbai office as a Marketing Automation Specialist, responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining web and email campaigns. Collaborate with global teams to support a leading outsourced financial partner and global investment solutions firm.

What You Will Do

Design and execute email and web production projects, collaborate with internal teams, test and troubleshoot issues, and analyze web traffic and engagement metrics to enhance web and email content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in web and email production or a similar role
• Proficient in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with email marketing tools (Eloqua or Marketo)
• Experience with Content Management Systems (Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager)
• Knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills
