Technical Product Manager & Product Operations

Role Overview

The Technical Product Manager & Product Operations will work at the interface between product management and engineering, responsible for the operation of our Product Operating Models and ensuring that good decisions become good delivery results.

What You Will Do

The tasks include technical responsibility for interface and integration topics, translation of customer and market requirements into technically feasible solution proposals, and close accompaniment of implementation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a technical product manager, technical product owner, or technical program manager in a B2B software or platform environment
• In-depth technical understanding of APIs, interfaces, backend architectures, and data flows
• Proven experience in setting up processes and standards in the product environment in everyday life and establishing veracity
• Experience in agile delivery management: refinement, estimation, capacity planning, dependency management
• Very good communication skills with different target groups, from developers to management, even with uncomfortable messages
• Very good moderation skills, experience in leading different interests to a decision in workshops
• Experience in change in teams that initially resist
• Very good German and English skills
• High self-responsibility, pragmatism, and willingness to do the unglamorous work yourself
